Arsenal: Who should we buy and who will we get?

If reports are to be believed then Mario Gotze is Wenger’s top choice. If reports are to be believed then we had a $45 million bid rejected. If he’s that good to command such a fee the why did Dortmund think they could beat us without him? Us getting him is questionable lets admit it he is a little bit too known for Wenger who seems to have a policy of making players. E.g. buying them young making them good and in our history them leaving us at 23 or 24. Wenger seems to have rethought this with his deadline day signings who some say where panic buys but I think Wenger saw the error in his ways and decided to that experience is what us gunners have needed for a while.
Mario Gotze has been linked with Arsenal

Eden Hazard has also been linked with Arsenal
Reports also suggest Eden Hazard which again is questionable. I mean Gotze and Hazard would be great for us but are similar in position and Gervinho is already fortifying the left flank. Both can occupy central positions but would that hamper the progress of Wilshere and Ramsey. The Ayew’s are also allegedly on our radar but these reports must be taken with a pinch of salt I mean when has Wenger ever bought anyone you thought he would have? Esteban Granero is a name that is also being linked with Arsenal but with Wenger insistent on not signing anyone in the January window only aiming to keep the current crop at Arsenal, then all the above names can just be dismissed and added to the transfer rumours mill of players who thought we had a glimmer of hope in getting but in reality probably won't.

Wenger has denied being interested in Granero
